    i`m having the same problem now.. alpha4 ..

    allready solved it..
    config.php added an extra install\ map..
    removed it..

    Am getting the same error:

    TD Fatal Error: Cache - Cache directory not found: C:\Domains\jdwebhosting.co.uk\wwwroot\trellis\install\/data/cache/trellis/ in C:\Domains\jdwebhosting.co.uk\wwwroot\trellis\includes\classes\class_cache.php on line 26

    But the line number is different, also cannot find this extra install\ map you speak about.

    look into the config.php and change the data path and cache path to your need
