I need help with a latin or czech translation...?

I don't trust the online translators and as I'm having this on one of my tattoos I want to ensure it is correct, not too sure where else to ask so need your help! I'm trying to find the translation for the phrase 'Love Life' into either Latin or Czech...any ideas?

Here is Latin;

vita - life (as in from birth to death, lifespan)
spiritus - life (as in having breath, to be alive)

diligo - love (as in prize or cherish)
amor - love (as in romance)

So, my best guess at what you mean is "spiritus diligo"
