Hi,

How can member logout entirely? After I click logout I still stay logged in!!!

I have had to go delete the cookie to get logged out. Still no other answer.

Which version of Trellis Desk are you using? We have had this problem reported before, I will look into it again. And have you changed any of your domains cookie settings in Trellis Desk?

I am using: 1.0.2 Final (10240108)

I have not changed any of my cookie settings since install.

I have the same problem with 1.0.2 final.

new install. first thing I did was try to logout so I can log in as non-admin and it won't let me out.

The way i found around this was to untick the 'remember me' tickbox.

if the user logs in with that tickbox unticked, i found that they can
log out entirely...strange

The problem is in the latest version as well. I'm not sure if its considered a problem or a feature. I find it annoying but I've only just starting "playing" with this system. I have been using HESK help desk but it seems to have some annoying php/mysql bugs.

Could someone please point me to the area where the "remember me tickbox" is located? I cannot locate it and would very much like to do so. Thank you very much to whomever takes pity upon me.

You will only see the remember me tick box if you are logged out. It is in the login box on the front page.

Well that figures so there's really no way to ever log out - at least not in the next 24 hours or so. By the way, I am MacJoyful and MacJoy. Basically, I like Macs.
