How to enable guest ticket posting?

    Hi, I would like to know what is the way for make possible for guest user to post a ricket request...

    For this purpose come into Manage groups, choose group Guest and press Edit
    Put Yes for following points
    Ticket Center Access Yes
    Can Create New Tickets Yes
    Can Edit Own Tickets Yes
    Can Close Own Tickets Yes
    Press Edit group and guests can create tickets

    I see that users can create their own account, similar to any web forum or website. But it's not obvious if there is a way to have a user just type in a name, email, and problem.

    I too would like to see something like this without AD authentication and auto creating users.
