How To Add My Own Logo To The Design

Hi support,

I would like to do something similar to my support desk http://imahelpdesk.com/ as they have done here http://www.jolthelpdesk.com/help/

They have there own logo above the support desk.....does anyone know how I do this?

Thay also have a brief introduction above the Submit a ticket and Knowledge Base icons.......does anyone know how I do this?

The top left logo is changed by replacing the image /images/default/header.jpg or /images/classic/header.jpg
