Hello,
I've been handed the Trellis HelpDesk to manage and have found a few issues that I'd like to correct:
1. When a guest creates a ticket, they are sent a plain-text email with their ticket key and instructions to "view your ticket using this link:," yet the link isn't active.
2. I'd like to be able to change the default message that is sent when someone creates a ticket. I'm not able to find that anywhere within the Trellis Desk CP. Can someone let me know where I can find this text to edit?
