Have all activity generate a department email

    Hello,

    For documentation purposes we need to have a record of every email sent by our admins from within the help-desk system. Currently when an admin responds only the client gets the ticket reply email.

    How can I change the system so that if either a client or admin adds a reply an email will get sent to a specific email address?

    Hi,

    When a tecnician responds in the help-desk system I need client to receive the ticket reply email.
    But the client dont receive any email.
    How must i configure the system to do this ?

    For example,
    Department -> "development"

    Tecnician
    Group -> Tecni_group

    Client
    Group -> Member_group

    Could you help me ?
