Guest tickets blocked

    Our hosting provider recently swapped out the server chassis. Upon bringing back online, Trellis has not been working since:

    1. Guest tickets are not populating the database, however senders receives the email and ticket # back, but no actual ticket exists. Verified by looking at actual SQL table. Email are being downloaded and deleted from our email account, so that looks good.

    2. These guest tickets have a higher ticket # then those tickets posted online.

    Check permissions for DB user. Mail may still send even if user no longer has write access to the DB.
