Grouping members for a single pool of tickets

    Has anyone attempted the following - I wish to be able to have a "group" of members that can submit and manage a pool of tickets. For example:

    Group = company_name (contains 5 members form the same company)

    1. Any member of the group can submit a ticket
    2. All tickets are accessible to any member of the group
    3. All members receive email notifications on ticket updates, replies etc
