Hi, when I submit a ticket request by email to Trellis, it creates a guest ticket. The guest can upgrade their own account to a Member, and keep their own tickets. However, I don't see guest users when I click on the "Guests" group under "Manage Members".
Is it possible for me, or another member of staff, to upgrade a Guest user to be a Member? I'd like to be able to do this without asking the people I support to go through an extra step.
