Full Backup Issue

  1. Hello,

    According to the documentation [http://docs.accord5.com/Making_Backups], it says "Select any options you'd like, then click "Backup". Trellis Desk will prepare your complete backup and it should begin downloading when it's ready. "
    When I click Full Backup the page turns white and nothing happens. I am not prompted to download anything, and this is after waiting an hour.

    Does Trellis create the gZip file somewhere that I can just download, and if so, where is this file created? The documentation doesn't tell me where the files are stored.
