When submittin a ticket or adding relpy I often get
There has been a fatal error with the A5 Core.

--------------

Variable passed to 'update_config' is not an array.

Using either Explorer 8, Firefox 4, with explorer 9 it want work at all I think. Same time the ticket or reply is saved, when you browse the tickets again.

So its every time with this browsers? Can you give me the exact error message (also the line which is affected in the php script -is there written normally)

So I know exactly what causes this problem so I can solve this.

IE 9 shows no javascript details about error. Just the page loads with text

But the erroing starts already from ticket page when I open one ticket I get error.

Message: Object does not support atribute or method 'parentElement'

When I turn of javascript error messages of I can finally reply but I get this fatal core error page in response. Reply itself actually saves itself.
Same fatal error page is when closing tickets.
I'd suggest you install ie 9 soemwhere and test it to see whats going on.
