Hello, Thank you for looking at our question. We would like to create a department or group that:
1. is the escallation group
2. is not visable to customers
We can create the escallation or at least email escallation, but the department is visable to customers. The developers aren't the right people to answer customer questions. Any ideas?

Check Group Permissions under Manage Departments for your developer department.
Select only the groups that have permission to create tickets in this department.
