When a ticket it posted an Email is set to the user and to the admin.
The Emails I am receiving contain links that are not clickable... did I miss a setting to send Emails as HTML?

The clickable links works for me in text-emails, in html-mails dont work. Try configure only sending text-mails.

Where do I make the change to send only TEXT Email?
The change for email to be in html/text is specified by each user... to change go to a user account -> under Email Preferences.. Email Type, change to Plain Text
Since ALL HTML Emails to ALL members is not making links clickable, the suggestion by WGMX was to send as TEXT (he indicates that it works in TEXT but not in HTML).
I am trying to find out how to force ALL Emails sent by TRELLIS be in TEXT format.
Having to go into every user and change their Email format is really a non-starter...
Anyone have a resolution they can share?
