    Hi to everybody.

    We have a problem in the email that Trellis send when a user make a ticket. In this email the link to the ticket details was wrong.. for example: http://mydomail.es/support/index..php?act=tickets&code=view&id=5
    Note that "index" have two dots.

    I think that the php code have an error, but i dont found the file.

    Help please. Regards

    Hi, the version is 104 Final with the spanish language pack.

    Well, I was able to fix mine....in my case the problem was that I had started translating to my language in the backend (admin)...before I got to the end of it I found a language pack so I installed it and made it default.

    I realized that the text that was coming in my email was the one I translated and not the one in the language pack....so I deleted the English version which I was translating....and that's it....working fine now.
