Email sent when closing ticket

    Is there any way to include the "closing" reason in the email sent to client when ticket is closed? When updating tickets, they get the email with the update text included, but when closing they just get an email saying teh ticket has been closed.

    I've had a look at the email config, and I see there's something I can add to insert it into the email, but I"m not sure which code to use there...

    Which version do you use? v1?

    Yes, I'm using v1. If this can't be done in v1, is v2 stable enough to use yet?

    There are some email templates you can set.

    You can also try v2 on a testserver.
