I am using or trying to use the latest version of trellis desk. I have/am trying both the email piping, and the pop3 way of sending emails. None are working. Regardless of which option I try, if I send a message WITH a subject, I get a ticket in trellis, but according to my personal email, the email was NOT sent successfully..

If I send an email WITHOUT a subject, I get no ticket in trellis desk, nor any kind of success or no success email in my personal email.

I have also tried setting the pipe.php file settings to both 777 and 755 as suggested in previous threads, with no success.

Anyone have a clue, on how to make this work like it should?

Also, how do you setup automatic replied?

I'm guessing that the "subject" is how Trellis knows how to "group" your emails to a particular ticket?

There maybe an option somewhere with regards checking the subject line and doing something if it's blank (or not, in this case)

EMails is not something I've worked with/ used on this system because it wasn't something we required...
