I have installed the software and everything seems to be working cool. But when I set up the email Pipe to myemail@domain.net I get the following error:
"We were unable to accept your email and create a ticket because you do not have permission to create tickets in this department."
I have tried to create a user with the same email hoping it would help but same results. even if I sent from the same email same problem I send emails to it from another account to see if it will pipe, same error.
Any one help me what I could be doing wrong.
