Email notifications to all staff on update

    We are looking to change ticketing system and tried quite a few, we really like trellis, even more than some of the paid ticketing system out there.

    We will be paying for support but we had one issue with our testing, when a staff member replies to a ticket, no other staff are notified by email, our old system could do this and is a requirement for our new one.

    Is this possible?
