    One cuestion
    I have 4 departments created, in each department i have one person assigned whit the email of the person, that person usser are assigned like staff but whe some user asigned like member send one ticket all person asigned like staff recived a email notification the new ticket created in your department

    How can i do , for receive only the email notification of the ticket created only in my asigned department?

    I need be asigned like a staff person or another?

    You can edit an individual staff member and change the e-mail permissions from there. Please see the attached screenshot for reference.

    Hello Ryan thanks for help

    I do that ,I assign the e mail adress for each user, but I need assign that users like staff for they can recieve an e mail notification when some user create a ticket,
    I create 4 departaments , in each departament I have assigned one user like a staff
    the problem than I have is ,, when some user create a ticket in a especific departament, all users assigned like a staff recive an email notification in they emails
    I need than just the user asigned to that department receives email notification of new ticket created in your departament

    In that case create different groups and place the required departments in that group, so in your case four groups with four departments respectively.
    Then in that case only concerned staff with that group with get emails.
