I created three groups PM, client and developer in Trellis desk. whenever the client create a ticket all the members in all groups will get a notification mail, but if a replay is made by the assigned developer then only the client will get the notification mail. All the members have permission to that particular department. I want all the members to get the notification mail.
How will i solve this?
