Well, i wrote them twice. The first time I asked if they would be able to help me with piping if I got a support plan...since I have tried it all I could, I thought this was the only way to go...no reply....then I wrote again....just to confirm if they had received my email....no reply.
Do they only reply if they $$ in their account? How would I be sure I'd get support if they dont reply emails that are NOT asking for help?
Anyone used their support? Or has anyone ever got a reply for a general question?
