    Hey, I'm trying to use e-mail piping for a g-mail account '' into the ticketing system. I keep getting "Department Not Found Email:" in the error log when pop3.php is run and I'm not sure why.

    I have e-mail piping set up in the trellis ACP with the correct e-mail '' and I've also enabled POP Download on the g-mail settings side of things as well. Any idea what might be going wrong?

    Did you ever get this problem resolved? I am having the same issue.
