Delete comments and Editing Replys of the users/clients

  1. Hi, I'm from Brazil and my english isn't good, but I will try write my problem with my best.

    I instaled the Trellis Desk a 3 days ago and my first feel was wonderful! For me the software is the best. Your interface is realy the best!!!

    So, my problem is that I don't know way will the management of the tickets with many attendants of my team working together and at the same time.

    1 - Any one of the my staff can reply the ticket and in equal time! I can reply the ticket of the other member of the my staff, form the consumer, at the same time that him and with a different response. It is terrible!!!
    2 - Any one of the my staff can edit the title of the ticket did write by user/customer
    3 - Any one of the my staff can delete or edit a reply of the user.

    All the points are terrible for my work.

    I don't understand!
    I need of the:

    1 - The members of my staff can view the tickets filtered by member of my time. The only can see tickets signed for him.
    2 - Disable the permissions of the delete and edit of the title and comments of the all ticket for all members of my staff.

    I don't if you will understand my problem, but a need so much the help!!!
