Customize the Clients Group

    Is there anyone who can define me the customization of Client's group? I don't want to display the Internal Hierarchy of our Group to Client.

    I have two Departments, and I need to customize the Clients view in such a way that client only intact with one department who is official and the Internal department's action should hide, Let say if the Internal Department change the priority, move the Ticket to the other department anything from internal,Client should not able to view all such changing of the Ticket.

    Let say, I have a Depart 'A' which is actually contain the tickets from clients, and if the Department move this ticket to the Internal Department 'B', Client should not get the Actions, There only should display that Ticket is assigned to Department 'A' and when the ticket is fixed and re assign to Department 'A' by Internal Department 'B', there is a notification mail issue to the client that the Ticket has been resolved.And all Internal matters should be display the what will happen to this ticket internally.

    I got this error when I try to login from Client's section

    Which TD version do you use? 1 or 2?

    I am Using Version 2 (Latest one), but if there is some problem regarding my Scenario, than please let me know, I describe my Requirement at the Top, If this is possibly in Trellis Desk, please let me know so I can Use TD as per my requirements.

    If Client want to Attach some file from his/her end, what should I do As Administrator? At Now, Client is unable to attach the file, while only Administrator Rol;e users can attach the files but that was not displaying and a label is written there 'Directory' where is this directory? How can I check the Attachment being uploaded or not?

    You know that V 2 is in development and not secure for productive use?
    Also please use the newest one, tyou find it on https://github.com/KAOSFORGE/TrellisDesk

    I am currently the only one working on the project and also have to do much work, also attachments.

    Which error do you get if you reply a ticket?
    Also I dont get an error if I login.
    Please describe the issue more precise and also file an issue on https://github.com/KAOSFORGE/TrellisDesk/issues

    Also it seems your trellis desk installation runs on a windows machine (iis?)
    but currently there may be some issues with iis or windows.

    i use a linux based hosting platform
