Hi All.
Has anybody been able to successfully use custom HTML email notification
for new ticket to members? i tried inserting my HTML but when i test it out (with
a test ticket) it either looks all messy (in yahoo mail) eg massive line spaces, or
in windows live mail all i see is the HTML code, not the nice layout.
has anybody done this successfully? Please see my post here:
