    Hi There.
    i would like to know, if it is possible to have a custom 'new_ticket' with a frame
    and different text colors? something like this:

    Sure. You could edit your email templates (in the language file lang_email_contents.php) and insert HTML code.

    Thanks for your reply.
    i tried what you said, but for some reason strange things are happening, not sure
    why tho. i pasted the HTML code into the lang_email_contents.php, under 'new_ticket'
    in a web browser everything looks great, but when viewing the ticket (submitting test tickets)
    all is not fine, i viewed it in Yahoo mail, and there are huge spaces between all the text, even afet
    i formatted the HTML to use single line spacing. in Windows Live Mail, all i get is the HTML in the email
    it does not get formatted. is this a problem with the email clients, or is there something i am doing wrong?

    i am editing it with frontpage, Please see bellow for HTML Code:

    Hello again,

    I'm afraid I cannot offer any further support. If you wish to receive official support from ACCORD5, I will have to ask you to purchase a support plan.

    Please also be aware that Trellis Desk v1 does not let you separate HTML and plaintext email content. Therefore, if you choose to use HTML code in your email content, plaintext receivers will see a bunch of unrendered HTML code. Trellis Desk v2 will have full support for outgoing HTML emails.
