Change client/submited by email/name/account

    Right now, it looks like once a ticket was opened all replied will go to the initial submitter.

    We have a flexible workflow where sometimes the initial submitter might be on leave or change position and we have a new contact for the ticket.

    Is there a way to change the client contact for a ticket?
