I just took the demo for a spin, which was a great way to get a feel for the product. I'm wondering, though, if support staffers can create tickets on behalf of customers who call the support line. From what I could tell, if a support staffer created a ticket, it was "submitted by" the support staffer, and there is no way to link up that ticket with the customer it's really for. Is there a way to handle this scenario? Thanks in advance.

Ha, right after I posted this question, I went back to the demo and found it. If you click on a member, you can submit a ticket that way. Excellent.

Yup. We are making this feature more apparent / easier-to-find in TD2. ;)
