    I got a complaint from a user saying that he got a DB error..
    but I have not seen any such errors. can someone help me
    out by going to support and seeing if everything is ok.

    Just went onto your support site with Firefox 3.6 and IE8
    did not see any DB error.

    I am not sure why he is getting a DB error display...
