Can I Export the Data in CSV or any other format

    Hi,
    I have just fallen in love with this neat HelpDesk called Trellis.
    Most of the functions suit me just fine. But I want a functionality to be able to export the list of tickets with all the custom field data in the form of .csv or something similar.
    I am not sure, if it is possible.
    Could somebody please guide me.

    yepp, that would be graet to have in TD2 for me as well.

    btw: we are using TD1.0.4 for 2 years for buisness, awesome application !!!!
