Can I edit the email that the user will receive?

Hi,

I hope someone can help me with my issue. I am using Trellis Desk v1.0.4 and wanted to know if there is a way to edit the email that the user will receive once they submit a ticket.

I think you realice how to, but FF, do this:
Login as administrator , go to Look &Feel>Manage Languages
Click on "en" under de colum Key, click on lang_email_content.php
Customize is it as you need.
