    Hi Metaloop,

    I'm working on creating a new blog post about how I'm looking to interact with customers over new social media networks such as Twitter, Facebook, and trying out YouNoodle. In addition to connecting with people, I'm looking to get our brand more exposed and promote the services and products we are offering.

    Also anything in particular you are looking to see us blog about? We also have Twitter account since its a lot easier to fire off a quick message then write out a blog post.

    Thanks for the update, and good to see you on Twitter!

    Personally, I'd like to see weekly status updates on Trellis development, 2.0 and beyond. Knowing where your team is on the roadmap allows me to plan more effectively.

    If you'd like to really kick it up a notch, your team members could take turns posting articles that look beyond the code, focusing on Trellis Desk at work in the real world. That could include customer spotlights, which would feature specific sites using Trellis in a unique or interesting way. That could also include tutorials and how-to guides.

    Some potential tutorial headlines might be:

    - The best way to manage escalated tickets
    - 5 canned reply templates every help desk needs
    - How to determine the ideal number of departments for your help desk
    - When you should allow guest users (and when you shouldn't)

    You guys already offer the best help desk out there. If you can show your users how to implement this software most effectively, you'll put the hurt on your competition like they won't believe.
