Still having the problem where a submitted ticket receives *two* ticket numbers and *two* emails, but only one submission to database (which is good). One ticket id being valid while the other being assigned a pre-existing ticket number or a higher number.
How can I resolve this? I have run through all the recount and rebuild functions although have no idea if that is really doing anything. I do see cache files in file directories. what would happen if i deleted those?
And the problem only applies to tickets piped in via email. Tickets submitted via web portal is ok.
