If you mean an email notification as an automatic reply, then yes, Trellis Desk will send out an email notification when a ticket is created. If you use POP3 for pulling emails from services like Google Apps Email, there will be a slightly delay (depending on your server and cron job configuration, the delay should only be minutes).
And yes, a Support Plan includes basic installation and we can help you setup the system with Google Apps Email.
