    If a customer sends and email to support@xyz.com, will Trellis generate and automatic replay at the same time a ticket is created?

    Do the support options included installation and hookup with google app email?

  2. If you mean an email notification as an automatic reply, then yes, Trellis Desk will send out an email notification when a ticket is created. If you use POP3 for pulling emails from services like Google Apps Email, there will be a slightly delay (depending on your server and cron job configuration, the delay should only be minutes).

    And yes, a Support Plan includes basic installation and we can help you setup the system with Google Apps Email.
