    Hi,

    I have problem with client ticket. Detail below:

    Client create 1 ticket and web redirect to this ticket. Staff recive ticket and ask to get more information but the client can't get notification Staff's reply. (I don't have email notification). I hope next version we have auto refresh ticket.

    If i use meta-tag it's can be done but when client reply this ticket page auto refresh and client must be type again fast.
