Strange problem here: More or less standard Debian lenny install with Plesk - Trellis itself is running fine: I can upload attachments to a ticket correctly and when I manually download them via FTP from the directory the pictures are OK but when I try to view them within Trellis I'm just getting this message:

The image "http://my.domain.de/admin.php?section=manage&act=tickets&code=attachment&id=3" cannot be displayed, because it contains errors !

Even the apache log doesn't show anything unusual:

    xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx - - [06/Nov/2012:16:11:44 +0100] "GET /admin.php?section=manage&act=tickets&code=attachment&id=3 HTTP/1.1" 200 77496 "http://my.domain.de/admin.php?section=manage&act=tickets&code=view&id=12" "Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10.7; rv:16.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/16.0"

So I guess something here is wrong with php & displaying inline pictures. Tried jpg and png - both the same result. Already searched the web & board here but found nothing good for me.

Any useful hint for me?! I'm outa ideas :(

    Hey,
