    Hi there,

I'm currently using Trellis Desk 1.0.4 Final on my web site, which sells web site designs and such. Therefore when assisting customers, I will often add HTML codes into the ticket responses. At the moment I can not add HTML codes into the ticket responses, as they simply become in effect, therefore the ticket will return blank results and sometimes can affect the page layout.

I'm wondering is it possible to add HTML into the ticket responses? I've tried encoding the text, by replacing special characters such as < with the HTML Entity. I've also tried other methods, but still no avail. Is there anything I can do to solve the problem, or will there be an update on Trellis Desk to allow this?

    Kindest regards.

    Hi Hauzer,
I checked it here, I can do what you want.
Yo have to Enable Rich Text Editor in "Ticket Settings".
Then you will find in the "Send a Reply" Section of a ticket a toolbar with all the Icons for format the text. At the right of this toolbar you find "HTML", click there it opens a edit-window for write html-codes.
    Greetings

Thanks for the response, but unfortunately that isn't a solution.

That simply loads the HTML coded version of what you have typed within the editor. For example, if you type "Hello" then two lines after you type "Reply", it will simply show the HTML code (I would write the HTML code here, but this forum also interprets it as coding within the page).

Thank you for your response none the less.
