<description>&#60;p&#62;I am running Windows 7 with IIS 7.5. I'm kinda new to php and mysql, but I have both of them installed. I am having a problem with the install. I get to where I enter in the database information, and then the page comes up with error, after some time in loading. I think everything is set up correctly with the server. I guess this is my problem?&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Module	FastCgiModule&#60;br /&#62;
Notification	ExecuteRequestHandler&#60;br /&#62;
Handler	PHP_via_FastCGI&#60;br /&#62;
Error Code	0x00000000&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;It also says logon method is ANONYMOUS&#60;br /&#62;
and Logon User is Anonymous&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The detailed error pages that IIS has is not detailed enough! As I said, I am kinda new to php and mysql, but I know asp, and all of that is still working correctly. I also have other php pages, and they work correctly, but this does not. I include this picture so we can see what's going on. Does anyone have a clue how to fix this?&#60;/p&#62;

&#60;p&#62;I'm looking for 2 features that are apparently supported, but I am unable to find where they are located.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The first is for a user to close his own ticket.  This is enabled in Group permissions, but I have looked everywhere, but cannot see where the user can actually do this??&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;The second is to set a time for tickets to auto close after some number of hours, after a reply has been submitted from an admin.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Can someone please tell me how to find these features?&#60;/p&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;I just took the demo for a spin, which was a great way to get a feel for the product. I'm wondering, though, if support staffers can create tickets on behalf of customers who call the support line. From what I could tell, if a support staffer created a ticket, it was &#34;submitted by&#34; the support staffer, and there is no way to link up that ticket with the customer it's really for. Is there a way to handle this scenario? Thanks in advance.

Any ideas.  I have tried it with cookie domain as blank and with my .websitename but still happens.  Strange as it works on my test site, and that has same settings, blank for cookiedomain name, and nothing else, just using basic vanilla install settings.

We would like to point them either to a “Your ticket has been successfully submitted” or to the Intranet Home page. &#60;/p&#62;

&#60;p&#62;I have a member group that ONLY deals with tickets and users and has no other access to anything else on the admin cp yet they have tons of options still visible that they can try to get to and will just keep receiving the no access error.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I'm wondering if this is possible as it would make it look a whole lot better to users that don't have access to the options, limiting them to see only what they can actually use.

I would be looking to integrate Trellis Desk with our existing site, specifically to post guest tickets though our existing application specifically the posting of guest tickets via php and paypal integration on submission of a ticket. I'm happy to alert the source, but wondered if there was any API or plugin integration options? Also would you be able to offer advice on this through paid support.&#60;/p&#62;

2. What does 'hold' status mean for tickets, and how do we place a ticket that has been put on hold back into 'open' status&#60;br /&#62;
3. Were can i configure the helpdesk 'administrator' to email, that i put in when we first installed Trellis&#60;br /&#62;
4. Where or how can i change the text and layout of the email that gets sent to a member when they submit a new ticket, can this be done, i would like to include our company logo (is this legal?)&#60;br /&#62;
5. Im not sure why this is, but in certain areas of trellis, the whole layout and screen seems to be a link back to my helpdesk home page, some of our clients are complaining that if they by mistake click  somewhere on the page, they just go back to our helpdesk home page.&#60;/p&#62;
