<description>&#60;p&#62;On our support site -- which is using a bone-stock (except for theme) Trellis 1.0.4 install -- admin searching seems badly broken: it only searches through the first post a user makes, not any of their follow-ups, nor through posts we make in reply.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;This makes it really difficult to search through old tickets, unless the user happened to mention the keyword you're trying to search on in their initial post.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Is this a known limitation of Trellis, or is there something in a config file somewhere that I need to change?&#60;/p&#62;

&#60;p&#62;I have trellisdesk 1.0.3 final and I've noticed this: when a ticket is opened through email POP3 the guest receive a first email with the ticket details.&#60;br /&#62;
Then, if I (admin) reply to the ticket, the user will not be notified by email of the new reply.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;How can I make trellis desk to send emails for new replies also for tickets opened via email/pop3?&#60;/p&#62;

<description>&#60;p&#62;So we're currently on osTicket and are looking into Trellis. I'm trying to figure out if some of the features that exist in osTicket are also in Trellis. These features are:&#60;br /&#62;
- Ability to BCC someone about a ticket (I know there is the New Replies in My Departments but we need something that can be selected on an individual bases)&#60;br /&#62;
- Ability to limit number of tickets for an email address (I know there is the ability to ban an email but that has to be done manually and its a permanent thing)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Some additional things we were wanting as well:&#60;br /&#62;
- Multiple attachments&#60;br /&#62;
- Remove email parsing (right now it clears all the styling on the email coming in)&#60;br /&#62;
- Search enhancement (would like to be able to search on multiple fields at the same time)&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;If any of these are actually available and I'm just not understanding how to use them I'd be interested to know. Thanks.

B) create Replay in new Ticket and click &#34;Add Reply&#34; button results in &#34;Please enter a Message&#34; &#60;/p&#62;
