These features are:<br /> - Ability to BCC someone about a ticket (I know there is the New Replies in My Departments but we need something that can be selected on an individual bases)<br /> - Ability to limit number of tickets for an email address (I know there is the ability to ban an email but that has to be done manually and its a permanent thing)</p> <p>Some additional things we were wanting as well:<br /> - Multiple attachments<br /> - Remove email parsing (right now it clears all the styling on the email coming in)<br /> - Search enhancement (would like to be able to search on multiple fields at the same time)</p> <p>If any of these are actually available and I'm just not understanding how to use them I'd be interested to know.
