When a person registers and verifies their email they become a user with member status. If they then submit a ticket they get an email copy of the ticket they submitted. However, when staff or admin posts a reply to the ticket the member does not receive an email stating there has been a change to their ticket. How do I make that happen? When I sign in as a regular use to Trellis Desk on our website and create a new ticket, it says that the maximum file size I can upload is only 2048 bytes...which by my calculation is a 2 KB file). I changed my "php.ini" file to increase the max file size to something like 25 MB, but that did not change the 2048 bytes that is indicated on the screen when creating a new ticket. Where can I change this setting to allow larger file sizes??? I'm a PHP developer and want to know if you're interested in any contribution help. In order to implement this system here, I'd need to do at least a couple of things. For one, I'll need to import tickets, users and categories from osTicket, and maybe that script could be useful to others. Also, because we have SO MANY tickets, I'd want the database to be as normalized as possible, so I'd probably make some database changes (and as a result, some PHP changes too). I haven't gone fully in depth with the code or database structure yet, but one thing I see is in the tickets table. For the "dname" field, I'd rather use a foreign key that references td_departments.ID instead of the department name. Same thing with the various "m" fields.
