When a person registers and verifies their email they become a user with member status. If they then submit a ticket they get an email copy of the ticket they submitted. However, when staff or admin posts a reply to the ticket the member does not receive an email stating there has been a change to their ticket. We are using this as reminders to follow up with our clients--we set the deadline and then when it comes, osTicket emails us so we then remember to follow up.</p> <p>Would be great to add deadlines and/or reminders to Trellis Desk.
